Just because your scene does not mean your seen

There is one thing I can't stand, and that is the wanna be elitist little kids
out there in "scene land". You take your in the mirror pictures to post on Myspace (which are always at weird angles to hide how fat most of you are) You fight amongst yourselves over the every little thing from the opposite sex to who had what article of clothing first. You jock every semi big band to come to your town taking pictures with them, Then later claiming how "tight" you are with so and so. Let me ask you a question. Do you
even know what the scene is about? Why it is so important to preserve it and not taint
it with your stupidity giving the whole a bad rep. The scene is about music, unity and respect if you can't handle it then find another trend. This scene has been around way before you and has more culture and diversity then you will even relize so please
Now lets address the constant whining about "Crews", I hate to be the one to break it to you but if it was not for crews you would have a lot more to bitch about. Who do you think
makes the bouncers think twice before abusing their authority and snatching you up and man handling
you? Who do you think whatch out for some of these band you love so much and keep them from getting screwed by shady promoters and venue owners. You see them as the bullies of the scene and I am sure in some cases that could be the case but for the most part they police the shows keeping bouncers in thier place, not alone the over sized mall metal push pit guys who attack you for umping into them while you dance. So shut your mouth and quit whining. I would bet the reason some of you cry about this crew or that is because you screwed up and got called on it.
